Anime Editorial Review
**Editorial Review of "Devilman: Complete OVA Series Blu-ray"** The "Devilman: Complete OVA Series Blu-ray" has garnered a warm reception from fans of the original material, with many appreciating the authenticity it brings to the classic series. Reviewers noted that the animation and voice acting were particularly impressive, evoking nostalgia for those who had watched the original videos in their youth. The Blu-ray compilation features two episodes that remain faithful to the source material, appealing to purists who wish to see a representation closely aligned with the original Devilman storyline. However, while many fans expressed satisfaction with the content, there were mixed feelings regarding the Blu-ray's technical aspects. Numerous users pointed out that the video quality seemed to mirror that of DVDs rather than a true high-definition remaster, leaving some wishing for further enhancements to the visuals. Additionally, issues like the lack of a top menu or chapters, alongside the absence of bonus content, led some to raise concerns regarding the overall production quality of the release. Despite these drawbacks, many customers justified their purchase, expressing gratitude for the affordable availability of this cult classic. The bonus CD drama was highlighted by several reviewers as a valuable addition, making the purchase more worthwhile for enthusiasts. The accessibility of the North American version is also appreciated, particularly for those reliant on Blu-ray players for their viewing experience. Overall, the "Devilman: Complete OVA Series Blu-ray" offers a nostalgic return to a beloved series, though potential buyers should be aware of its limitations regarding audio-visual quality and supplementary content. **
