Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 hours at room temperature. Then bring to a boil, strain, and store in a clean amber glass bottle. Refrigerate for 2-3 weeks.
- Directions for Use: Shake well, add 2 fl. oz. of tea to an equal amount of boiled fresh spring water or distilled water. Drink 2-4 fl. oz. daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.
- Important: Pregnant women should consult their physician and only stainless steel utensils should be used to prepare the tea
