Introducing the zimaboard SATA Y-Cable: Ready to Dock! Designed to be highly compact, the zimaboard SATA Y-Cable brings convenience and efficiency to your computing experience. The overall design is light and thin, minimizing the space occupation of your machine while offering expansion capabilities. The zimaboard SATA Y-Cable features a sleek and streamlined design, maintaining the alignment of the external interfaces. Developed through extensive testing and research, this Y-shaped cable is a result of customer feedback and innovation. Incorporating the ideas of Michael Waiblinger, one of our backers, we quickly implemented the concept of the Y-Cable in February.
We worked closely with a wire manufacturer to create a customized pure black SATA Y-Cable that perfectly complements your zimaboard. Additionally, we optimized the motherboard circuit to ensure the board's current can support the power consumption of at least two 2.5-inch HDDs. With the zimaboard SATA Y-Cable, you can seamlessly connect and power two HDDs or SSDs, making it ideal for building an entry-level RAID using FreeNAS and UNRAID.
