The bag has sufficient extra pouches on the sides and front to hold extra clips, ammo, and protective eyes & ears, but the small size may be snug depending on the handgun type and amount of peripherals. The bag has additional multipurpose Molle Carabiner/D-Ring that can be attached to the 1-inch Molle webbing strap outside the bag to hook up additional gears.
