However, it will not hold a normal three-layer cake unless each cake layer is about 1 inch tall, leaving 2.5 to 3 inches for frosting or filling between the layers. It includes two snaps that securely clip the cover in place, which keeps the rim of the cover safe. The product's measurements are approximately 13-3/4 inches wide x 7-3/4 inches tall for the outside dimensions and 11 inches wide x 6-1/8 inches tall for the upper lid. The cake server is not airtight, but the snaps hold the rim safely in place, making it challenging for ants or bugs to get in. Additionally, it is the perfect size to fit an average-sized bundt cake, and it has zero sag or bend when holding it. Customers were glad that there were no bells and whistles and that the cake felt secure inside the server.
