The product is designed to connect to a cat door and allows the cat to access a tunnel section that lets them roam outside. Overall, customers seem to be very happy with the product's performance. One customer notes that their cat loves it and they are happy with how it works. Another customer found a creative use for it and used it to transport their cats in a car safely.
