- ENSURE CORRECT FIT AND SIZING: Use your wrist as a starting point and measure the circumference of your wrist at the narrowest point (1). Then measure the circumference of your thumb just below the knuckle (2). Make sure measure tape is not too tight or too loose. Refer to sizing chart & video for correct sizing.
