How far are the rings from handle? Or at least first ring and last ring distance. Thanks.
Answer: The ring radius is 1 inch; the first ring base (point of swivle 1" either up or down, is ~5.25 in. from handle, and each is ~ 1.75 inches higher, with the last (4th) ~10.75 inche (ring tip fully extended is almost 12 in. from handle. -

Are they good to do pulls to chest? Can they handle heavy weight?

Answer: Fully extended from the far end of the handle to the tip of the D-ring, the length is approx. 12.75 inches. -

Product dimensions 5x5x5 inches sounds wrong based on the picture. How long is the strap from grip to end D ring?
Answer: Length is 13". A 28" adjustable handle is available thru www.warehousefitness.com. Same product but longer. Item number is MA382 thru warehouse fitness. The longer version is much more versatile especially if you have shoulder problems. Hope this info. is helpful. -

Can i do pull up on this handle? not sure about the o ring cuz they seem thin from picture. i weight about 135 lbs.
Answer: You can,the rings are sturdy and not that thin. My husband weighs 245 so you should be good he was heavier when he started doing body suspension. -

How thick is the grip? I have small hands. Will it be difficult for me to get my hands around the grip in order to get a good grip?
